HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

There are 3 ways to schedule your appointment. On the website click appointment calendar and follow the directions on the screen. Download the mindbody app. Give us a call at 509-850-7176. Please note that chemical services such as lash lifts and tints have a minimum age of 18.

DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM?

For every guest that you refer there will be a 10.00 service credit added to your account. Referral credits expire 1 year after the date they were issued. Please feel free

GROUPON APPOINTMENTS

There are no day and time restrictions on groupon appointments.  All services purchased through Groupon are solely refundable through Groupon. Vouchers are only redeemed for the service they were purchased for.  If there is a specific day that you are hoping to use your voucher on, it is recommended to check schedule availability before purchase.   Vouchers are redeemed at time of service and in the case of a multi use voucher, the remaining services stay on your account and are only usable by you. Expired vouchers hold no cash value and can be used as a coupon towards the full price service it was purchased for. Please note that the Lash Lift service has a minimum age requirement of 18 with no exception.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY SERVICE

The Fix always encourages our guests to reach out to us via phone or email with questions regarding their service. Services are only performed after a complete consultation and post care instructions are given verbally and in some cases a care card is sent home. Results of the services hold no guarantee and are not eligible for refund. In the case of the Keratin Lash lift a touch up appointment maybe scheduled within 24 hours of the service date.

Cancellation policy

As of October 2023 The Fix will require 48 hour notice on all cancellations. Monday appointments will need to be managed by close of business on Saturdays at 5pm. This can be done by calling us direct at 509- 850- 7176, or cancelling through your mindbody online portal.  Groupon guests that late cancel or no-show appointments will have their groupon redeemed and waiting on their account. Prepaid guests will have 1 service used from their prepaid account. Guests will be notified of their remaining balance at their next appointment.  Cash paying guests will be expected to pay for half of their late canceled or ne showed appointment on or before their next appointment with the studio. An invoice will be emailed to the account on file. We understand that emergencies arise. These will be reviewed by the owner of the studio on a case by case basis.

POST SERVICE CARE FOR THE KERATIN LASH LIFT.

After care is so important for long term lash health. You are having a chemical treatment on your lashes so you need to look after them just like you do with your hair. 

Post care: 

No heat, steam, saunas, water, oils, lotions, creams, shampoos, face washes, makeup remover wipes or pads on lashes for a minimum of 24 hours.

We also advise that because the clients lashes are still malleable a side sleeper or face sleeper can notice one or both eyes can raise or drop. Sleeping on the back is best.

Are you allowed to have a lash lift while pregnant or breastfeeding?  There is not one simple rule to say that every woman's hormones will behave in the same way. Sometimes an eyelash lift might not work on an expecting mother.
